KIM KIRKMAN
After originally training as a violist (B Mus), Kim moved to voice (Post Grad Dip) and became co-owner, musical director and member of The Ten Tenors. He sang solos in oratorio in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay and Brisbane and sang with Opera Queensland and the Victorian State Opera.
Kim has conducted many choirs (Blackstone Ipswich Cambrian Choir, Mackay Choral Society, Bach Society of Queensland), orchestras (Gold Coast Philharmonic etc) and mixed ensembles in Australia and overseas; as well as working as a script-writer, administrator, composer and teacher. He taught strings, composition, conducting, music technology and voice at the Central Queensland Conservatorium of Music in Mackay from 2004 to 2012. He also gained a Masters of Learning Management.
In 2016 Kim recorded eight harp CDs and gave over 110 public performances. He conducts the Inspiration Choir, Inspiration Project Choir (which has performed classical music at the Woodford Folk Festival to standing ovations, twice), Caloundra Community Choir, and the Caloundra Chorale and is in high demand as an adjudicator and vocal workshop leader. He is a regular guest conductor of one of Australia’s leading choirs, Oriana. He has also written the accompanying scripts for two Purcell semi-operas as well as The Messiah and the Man. He also arranges music to sell online and has over 300 works published on sheetmusicplus.com.

LINCOLN SCOTT
Lincoln studied at Queensland Conservatorium, Canberra School of Music (ANU) and Trinity College of Music in London and won both the Musical Theatre and Lieder sections of the Australian National Eisteddfod before forging an international singing career in opera and musical theatre as well as producing his own cabaret shows. Highlights included lead male vocalist in the NSW tour of Red Hot & Broadway then Cavalleria Rusticana, I Paglicci, L’Arlesiana and Rigoletto with Opera Holland Park in London, a US tour of Die Fledermaus, La Traviata in France and a UK tour of The Pirates of Penzance. He also sang for Opera Australia in La Cenerentola, Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk and The Mikado (with Anthony Warlow) and was lead male vocalist for Celebrity Cruises shows onboard the Constellation.
Lincoln has also been teaching singing since 2007, first at a UK theatre school, then in Sydney and he has been teaching from home in Eumundi since moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2021. He also starred in Encore at Noosa Arts Theatre and was then appointed Musical Director and Vocal Coach for their production of The Boy From Oz in 2022 and then became Musical Director of the Sunshine Coast Choral Society.
